What Warranties do I get when I buy from you?

We provide you with a two year workmanship warranty and depending on what system you purchase you will receive a 5-12 years manufacturers warranty. Senergy Direct also provide you with a with a FREE independant warranty.

What do I do if I have a complaint?

Customer satisfaction is imperative to us, we will do our upmost to ensure your every need is met. However we understand things can go wrong, our contact us page has the relevant information needed to get in touch. In the unlikley event we are unable to resolve your complaint we are also members of the Consumer Ombudsman, please contact us for more details.

Do I get a cooling off period before the installation?

Of course, you have a mandotary 14 days before any any installation is even booked. However Should you wish to have an install carried out sooner, you can waiver the cooling off period with a signed document verifying that request.

Do I receive anything for recommending a friend?

Yes, if you are already a customer of ours and you recommend friends or family, upon completion of their work you will receive a cheque for £200.00

Can I see any installations before I order?

Of course.. We would be more than happy to show you some of our existing customer's systems. You can also take a look at our Gallery page which shows you some of our recent work.
