Field Sales Representative

Here at Senergy Direct, we pride ourselves on our unique place in the renewable energy industry, setting the highest of standards and being the go to company in the UK for New Solar PV installations, Air Source Heat Pumps, Inverter Upgrades and Battery Storage.

We are a nationwide company, MCS registered and members of HIES, therefore we want to maintain a high standard of professionalism when it comes to selling in a customer’s home. We offer quick turnaround from sale to installation and commission paid weekly on installed business!

The Role:

Visiting pre-arranged ‘Warm’ leads, which have contacted us via various sources, build a relationship and guide them through the sales process.

You will be provided with 3 appointments a day with leads who have already expressed interest in purchasing Solar Panels or upgrading their current system. You will be fully trained on quoting the customer on the best systems suited to them and will be rewarded with handsome commissions on successful purchases.

We are looking for motivated, career orientated individuals who have an abundance of energy and a positive attitude to meet targets and hit personal as well as professional goals. This Role is heavily commission based.

• Air Source Heat Pumps
• Solar PV Upgrades
• Battery Storage

Ideal candidates will be:

• Good communicators – Advanced in face to face direct sales.
• Target driven – At Senergy Direct we all work in a targeted environment; it is essential that any new member of the team understands the importance of meeting targets.
• Professional – Every team member must ensure that they conduct themselves in a professional manner, whilst always ensuring they are well presented.
• A Positive Person. We pride ourselves on a positive environment to work in and need like-minded people to work alongside.
• A proven track record of doing well in a sales environment.
• Comfortable and confident working on a commission only based structure.
  Requirements:
• Happy to occasionally travel (Accommodation is covered when necessary)

Candidates must have: 

• Own Transport
• Ipad / Tablet
• Experience in Solar PV / Air Source Heat Pump Sales
